5 percent - very good computer literacy skills (Excel, Navision);

-Development, improvement, and implementation of a strategy, policies, processes, procedures, procedures for remuneration and benefits;
-Periodic review of existing job levels and establishment of new job levels;
-Active participation in the development and renewal of remuneration and fringe benefit systems of subsidiaries abroad;
-Improvement and management of the system of annual interviews, employee bonuses, incentives, remuneration review at the company level;
-Inclusion in the preparation of the DUF budget and control of its implementation;
-Preparation and updating of staff lists;
-Advising internal clients on remuneration, fringe benefits, and remuneration policy implementation.
