Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Be interested in novelties in shipbuilding market, improve professional skills and attend in trainings organized by a company.

Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar sales role
Have high education (business management, technical, sales or economy fields).
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Excellent communication skills
Perfect English speaking, reading and writing skills.
Availability to travel as needed
Be ambitious in reaching goals, be goal-oriented.
Have a clear vision about your career in sales, be motivated and energetic.
