Currently we are looking for a detail-oriented LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST to join our friendly team! As a Business Analyst, you will play the main role in linking our information technology capacity and our business objectives. Your main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.

THE PROJECT is a tool that collects employees’ insurance and benefits data for further processing.
We focus on building several web applications with integration to internal systems. Project methodology is Kanban with high focus on test automation and usage of comprehensive development practices. The goal of the project is to enable client’s data ingestion and validation. Stakeholders are distributed among the US, Europe and Asia. Developers are from Belarus, Ukraine and Lithuania. You will have a great opportunity to learn the internal processes of a worldwide customer.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 + years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
Hands on experience with GHERKIN;
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
ADVANCED TECHNICAL SKILLS;
Excellent documentation skills;
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;
Experience leading and developing top performing teams;
Understanding of requirements, its different types, and stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation and management);
Understanding the full software development lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements elicitation and management;
Be a proxy between product owners, development team and project leaders, helping to improve development team effectiveness;
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
