higher university legal education (bachelor's and master's degrees in law);
at least 3 years of work experience in the field of law;
Knowledge and ability to apply in practice the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts regulating civil law, civil procedure law, labor law, administrative law and justice, public administration, organization, and execution of public procurement, legal protection of personal data;
work experience in applying good governance practices;
analytical thinking and strong legal reasoning skills;
leadership qualities to achieve results;
knowledge of Lithuanian language record-keeping rules, experience in preparation of information, administrative and organizational documents;
excellent writing skills in Lithuanian;
written and oral English language skills;
driver's license.
