JOB DESCRIPTION:

preparation of the company's management structure, job lists, remuneration and incentive systems, collective agreement, rules of procedure, other local legal acts related to personnel management;
staffing planning, search, and selection;
organization of practical training for students;
organization of employees' working and rest time and ensuring proper accounting;
coordination of work safety and health and civil safety work organization in the company;
management and improvement of work organization, employee promotion, adaptation system, and motivation processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

higher university (bachelor's degree or equivalent) education in the field of social sciences and management;
at least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel;
knowledge of personnel management processes;
experience in employee evaluation and implementation of motivation systems;
knowledge of legal acts regulating labor relations and experience of the practical application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
work experience with the accounting program "Vikarina" would be an advantage;
knowledge of Lithuanian language record-keeping rules, experience in preparation of information, administrative and organizational documents;
excellent writing skills in Lithuanian;
written and oral English language skills;
ability to teach thoughts fluently in writing and orally;
excellent communication skills;
ability to independently plan and organize one's activities;
good computer literacy;
Category B driving license.
