JOB DESCRIPTION:

Implementation of IT systems development, implementation, and maintenance policy;
ensuring the continuity of the company's information systems;
quality assurance of services of external IT providers;
IT consultancy for other departments;
Planning and execution of IT department asset accounting and security actions;
coordination of data security, workplace maintenance, software maintenance, and development;
initiation of public procurement;
preparation of technical specifications related to the functions performed.

REQUIREMENTS:

higher university education in the field of IT or business administration;
not less than 2 m. IT hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions and project management experience;
ability to manage change and difficult situations;
leadership qualities, goal and outcome orientation;
experience in team management and training, KPI setting and control;
good written and oral English skills;
driver's license.
