JOB DESCRIPTION:

development and implementation of financial management and control strategy;
efficient organization of the department's activities in order to ensure financial discipline and achievement of goals;
analysis of turnover, profitability, and cost management indicators in cooperation with other heads of departments;
to ensure the management and economic justification of the company's investment projects, public procurement, real estate;
to participate in the preparation of investment plans and to coordinate the implementation and control of projects financed by the European Union;
organization and coordination of financial reporting and auditing processes;
analysis, evaluation, and control of financial activities;
financial risk management and operational decision making;
assistance in the development and development of new accounting and process control tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

higher university education in the field of business administration, economics, financial management;
at least 3 years of work experience in the field of finance;
excellent knowledge of legal acts regulating financial management of the Republic of Lithuania;
experience in budget planning, preparation and control;
successful team leadership experience;
ability to communicate constructively, solve problems, manage change, difficult situations;
excellent computer skills - knowledge of MS Office programs;
excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English;
driver's license.
